I recently stayed at a lovely townhouse in York for a few days. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre, with the option to join the city walls and walk into town. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with three large bedrooms that had everything we needed. It was also a bonus to have a parking space, which can be expensive in the city centre. The host was very accommodating and made one of the double beds into a twin room. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Immaculately clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. Ideal location with a red bus tour stop 2mins walk away and Clifford's Tower 5mins walk away. Accommodating host who converted one bed into a twin room. Would love to return and stay again.

The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Great location, only a short walk to the city centre and easily accessible from various directions. The accommodation was well-equipped and everything worked perfectly. We especially loved the huge TV and the generous touches like plentiful coffee and tea supplies.- The host was quick, clear, and friendly in their communication, making the check-in process super easy.
The pillows on all the beds were like bags of air, not very comfortable. The plug-in air freshener in the living room was too strong and overpowering.

The house was extremely clean and well-maintained, with beautiful decor. Its location was perfect, with easy access to a red bus tour stop and a famous attraction just a short walk away. the host was very accommodating, even going as far as to convert one of the double beds into a twin room. we had a great experience and would love to come back for another stay.
The plug in the living room was too strong and overpowering, and the pillows on all the beds were not very comfortable. apart from these minor issues, everything else was perfect.

Perfect location, just a short walk to the city centre and convenient free parking. the accommodation was spacious, clean, and well equipped with comfortable beds and sofas. the private outside seating was a nice bonus, and the host was quick, clear, and friendly in their communication. We appreciated the generous touches like plentiful coffee and tea provided.
We could have used more toilet rolls, and a tray would have been useful. the fridge motor may need some maintenance soon.

We had an amazing Christmas stay in this cozy holiday home. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the bustling city centre. Plus, the fact that it had free private parking was a huge bonus. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and sofas. We especially enjoyed the private outside seating area, where we could relax and enjoy the crisp winter air.
There were very few negatives about our stay, but if I had to mention something, it would be the lack of toilet rolls. We could have done with a few more during our stay.

The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the city centre and I loved being able to join the city walls and walk into town. The townhouse itself was lovely and situated in a quiet area. It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The free parking space was a huge bonus, especially considering how expensive parking can be in the city centre. The three large bedrooms had everything we needed, including plenty of lighting and mirrors for us ladies putting make-up on. The house was really well equipped and everything worked perfectly. I was particularly impressed with the amazing, huge TV. The generous touches like plentiful coffee and tea, and even the KitKats, were greatly appreciated. Samuel, our host, was quick, clear, and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
